ESTIMATOR / QS

To take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the sales enquiries from initiation to quotation, including procurement negotiations and site measures.

Estimating / QS Qualification required, plus Civil Engineering Qualification beneficial.

Based at our Glasgow Office, however must be able to travel to client meetings throughout the UK as required.

CONTRACTS MANAGER

To take a “hands on” role in the day-to-day management of the operations from job initiation to completion within budget and time constraints.  Thorough understanding of the construction industry and proven project management experience essential.

Qualification Requirements:  CSCS/ECS Manager, SMSTS, NRASWA, H&S, Risk Management & Civil Engineering.

Based at our Glasgow Office, however must be able to travel to job pre-start and progress meetings with clients throughout the UK as required.

CIVILS SQUAD LEADER

To conduct works under the direction of the Operations Manager including control of staff and production; control of any sub-contractors; accurate recording of site works, materials and plant; safe and correct setting up of site and traffic management; working to industry standard specifications.

Qualification Requirements: CSCS/ECS/Sector Scheme, SSSTS, NRASWA.

Full clean driving licence essential.

Min. 2 years’ proven experience at this level within the highways industry.  Must be flexible to work away from home.

Salary negotiable and dependent upon experience.

CIVILS LABOURER / 7.5t DRIVER

Required for contracts throughout the UK.

Full clean UK driving licence essential.

Min. 2 years’ proven experience at this level within the highways industry.

Must be flexible to work away from home.

Salary negotiable and dependent upon experience.

TM FOREMAN & IPV – QUALIFIED:

Working on Contracts throughout the UK.

CIVILS OPERATIVES / MACHINE OPERATIVES – QUALIFIED:

Required for contracts throughout the UK.

Min 2 years’ experience within the highways industry beneficial. Must be flexible to work away from home.

CIVILS OPERATIVES – TRAINEE:

Required for contracts throughout the UK.  Full clean UK Driving Licence essential.

LOOPS OPERATIVE (BACKFILLER):
Required for loop installation contracts throughout the UK, working under the direction of the Loop Unit Operator.

INDUCTIVE LOOP UNIT OPERATOR:
Required for inductive loop installation contracts throughout the UK.
