Lochwynd Limited is the leading installer of loop detectors in the UK. In addition, Lochwynd supplies and installs traffic control systems throughout the UK and is a subcontractor to major construction companies.
Lochwynd is a small/medium privately owned enterprise with a global turnover of £9,000,000 per annum. Since the turnover is less than £36 Million per annum, Lochwynd does not require to produce a “statement” as required by the Transparency in Supply Chain Provisions.
Lochwynd fully supports the government’s objectives to eradicate modern slavery and human trafficking and is committed to the highest level of ethical standards and sound governance arrangements. Lochwynd and sets high standards of impartiality, integrity and objectivity in relation to the management of its activities and has the following internal policies to support this • Whistleblowing policy
• Employee code of conduct
• Supplier/Procurement code of conduct
• Recruitment policy
• Anti-bribery and corruption policy
Lochwynd undertakes due diligence when considering taking on new suppliers, and regularly reviews its existing suppliers as well as engaging with contractors and others to influence their global supply chains by improving transparency and accountability to eradicate the injustice and brutality of modern slavery and human trafficking.
Lochwynd will provide information to supplement this policy, including details of our activities and supply chains and actions we are taking to support this act.
This STATEMENT of COMPANY POLICY will be displayed prominently at all workplaces.
The organisation and arrangements for implementing the Policy will also be available at Head Office for reference by any employee as required.
